12 Cited With Marijuana Possession: Police Blotter

Wheaton police report drug citations, Oct. 7-14.

SUNDAY, OCT. 14

Two Teens Cited With Marijuana Possession

Police issued local ordinance citations of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia to two West Chicago teens. Kaitlin Uplegger, 18, and Andrea Jensen, 19, were cited in the 1100 block of East Roosevelt Road in Wheaton around 11:30 p.m. and released on the scene.

Two Cited With Drug Paraphernalia

Police issued local ordinance citations of possession of drug paraphernalia to Edgar Caucedo, 19, of West Chicago and Jorge Carrasco, 20, of West Chicago. Saucedo, also charged with driving without a license, drove a silver 2004 Saturn Ion near the intersection of County Farm and Roosevelt roads around 1:25 p.m. when police stopped him. Saucedo was released from the Wheaton Police Department later that day. Carrasco was released on the scene.

Three Cited With Marijuana Possession

Police issued local ordinance citations of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia to Kenneth Wilhite, 21, of the 100 block of Travers Street in Wheaton. Police also issued citations of marijuana possession to Maxwell Mueller, 20, of Glen Ellyn and Amy Kellenberger, 19, of Chicago. They were all cited in the 1500 block of East Avery Street around 11:40 p.m. and released on the scene.

Five Cited With Marijuana Possession

Police issued local ordinance citations of marijuana possession to three Wheaton teens and two 20-year-olds in the 1700 block of East Liberty Drive around 4:20 p.m.

Arrested were: Clinton Bernardo, 20 and Aaron Lee, 19, who live in the 1700 block of East Liberty Drive; Kevin Simmon, 19, of the 1200 block of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton; Kristen Thomas, 19, of the 1400 block of Stonebridge Trail in Wheaton; and Hillary Dethmer, 20, of the 200 block of East Hawthorne Boulevard in Wheaton. They were all released on the scene.

SUNDAY, OCT. 7

Marijuana Possession

  • Police issued a local ordinance citation of marijuana possession to Thomas Main, 18, of Glen Ellyn. He was cited around 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of Roosevelt and Naperville roads and released on the scene.
