Concerned that this upscale shopping center has been steadily losing its main "draw" stores, e.g. Williams-Sonoma, Barnes and Noble, Ann Taylor, Potbelly, Pier One, and others. Worried that this center will end up with no "name" stores and therefore no reason for customers to go there. Is there a tax break for empty stores?
