What Should Open in the Former 'It's Our Earth' Space?

Patch readers have responded to our new weekly feature, "Visions for Vacancies," with ideas of what should open in vacant spaces in Wheaton.

It's Our Earth, an "eco-tique" shop closed at 125 N. Main St. in downtown Wheaton, and is now for sale with another building on the lot for $499,000, according to the Downtown Wheaton Association website.

Patch's new feature, "Visions for Vacancies," asks readers to share their ideas about what should fill vacant spaces in Wheaton. A major focus of the city right now is developing a strategic and streetscape plan for the downtown area, and they're looking to the residents for input (You can also post comments to Wheaton's MindMixer site, developed for the strategic vision).

Last week, we recapped our first six weeks of the feature. Before then, we asked: What should Open n the Ron's TV Building?
