In a new weekly series, Patch asks readers how they would fill empty storefronts around Wheaton.

After nearly a decade in downtown Wheaton, antique shop at 124 N. Main St. in October 2010.

The space is now available for rent, or for sale, with three first floor units totaling more than 3,200 square feet. The lower level, 1,800 square feet, is also available for $1,100 per month, according to the Downtown Wheaton Association.

  • Unit A is 1,200 square feet and $2,000 per month
  • Unit B is 550 square feet and $650 per month
  • Unit C is 1,500 square feet and $1,800 per month

After almost two years, the large space is still vacant, with no word of what might open there.
