The Season of Giving is Coming!

The DuPage County Area Project is excited to announce that it has received the ability to participate in the Cantigny Community Christmas Tree Program.  The McCormick Foundation will be donating $2,500 to the DuPage County Area Project and we will be decorating a tree inside Robert McCormick’s home.  We also have the opportunity to win another $2,500 if we receive the most votes for favorite tree.  The voting begins November 30th and we encourage everyone to visit Cantigny, tour Robert McCormick’s house and vote for The DuPage County Area Project.  On December 7th, Cantigny Park will host its Celebrate the Season Holiday Festival for families and children.  The Park will be decorated for the occasion with lots of fun activities; a lighting ceremony, ice carving demonstrations, carolers, live reindeer display, children’s crafts, sleigh rides, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.  This is a wonderful event for the family and a great opportunity to vote for your favorite tree.  Cantigny never disappoints with its well-manicured lawns, tanks, and exciting tours.

If you want to be involved with DuCAP’s work by volunteering or donating or simply want more information please call Bob at (630) 671-8000.
