Cynthia Guild, 76, Jun. 11, 1934 - May 18, 2011

Cynthia Guild, formerly of Wheaton, died Wednesday, May 18 at the Tabor Hills Healthcare Center in Naperville. She was 76.

She was born in Geneva Hospital June 11,1934. She graduated from Wheaton High School in 1952 and started working for the FBI in their Chicago office. She continued working in Chicago and a suburban office until her retirement in 1987.

She moved back to Wheaton after the death of her mother and lived in the family home with her father. She had a great love for animals and over the years, had many dogs and multiple cats at a time. She enjoyed traveling, both in Europe and on cruises. Tabor Hills Healthcare Center, Naperville, has been her home for the past 11 years.

She is survived by a brother, Scott; a nephew, Stuart; and an aunt, Dorothy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Pauline Guild.

A funeral service was held Monday, May 23 at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton.
