Green Wheaton Mom Proud of Son's NIHL Champion Hockey Team

Green mom proud of sons hockey team being champs.

Paul Gorski, one of my sons is the captain of his Sabres Midget Minor club hockey team. They advanced to the Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL) finals, the Northern Illinois Hockey League final on March 17, 2012. Paul is a Junior at and plays for the Sabres hockey team out of Bolingbrook.

The Sabres played a great game against the Huskies and came out the victors with a score of 2-1. The game was played at the Inwood Rink in Joliet. The festivities before the game were great with a light show, music and each skater skating out to present a rose to their mom. So proud.

We are truely a hockey family with 3 sons and one husband playing and loving hockey. Each game and season is exciting but when the team ends up on top, it adds extra excitement and memories.
