Women's Health Discussed at Movie Event

Women's Health and preventative care addressed at October's free REEL DOCS event at Studio Movie Grill.

This month I will not be able to attend the Wheaton Studio Movie Grill event on Thursday, October 4th. My colleague Mary Caraher, assisant professor of Family Medicine and physician at the Loyola Center for Health at Wheaton, will lead the discussion.

This month we will be focusing on women's health topics and the importance of preventative medicine. The free movie that will be shown is A Little Bit of Heaven, starring Kate Hudson. The film is about a young woman who seems to have it all, but when facing a terminal diagnosis of cancer realizes she had her priorities all wrong.

Dr. Caraher is excited to meet you all. It's a great opportunity to get some free medical advice and a free movie.
