Coming up this week:

The city will hold a public hearing for the 's proposed Special Service Area (SSA). has sparked multiple conversations and disagreements between residents, business owners and council members. The hearing will allow all to voice their thoughts at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10.

District 200 will hold a sale for all of the school property Oct. 13 and 14.

District 200 board members will vote Wednesday to approve the naming of the commons area after Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Staff Sgt. , a Wheaton North graduate.
