The Wheaton Park District met Wednesday to approve a legal agreement with Bradford Equities, LLC to officially set the price of $3 million for the parcel of the old Hubble school property the district will buy from the developer.

Yoga by Degrees will host a bone marrow registry event Feb. 18 and 19 to try and find a match for a local family.

The District 200 Board of Education will vote on proposed changes to the boundaries for Franklin Middle School to alleviate overcrowding in the school.

A private fundraising group proposed improvements to the athletic complex at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. District 200 officials were resistant to the proposal because they had concerns the improvements at one high school would be unfair to the other schools in the district.
