Wheaton College Congratulates Newly Tenured and Promoted Faculty

Sixteen members of the Wheaton College faculty were recently promoted or received tenure.

“It is a delight to affirm the growth in excellence of our faculty as we announce promotions in faculty rank and the awarding of tenure. To qualify, each faculty candidate is rigorously evaluated on their strengths as a teacher, spiritual model and mentor, scholar, and institutional citizen,” says Dr. Stanton Jones, Wheaton College Provost.

“The awarding of tenure is an affirmation of a faculty member’s strengths and contribution to our students and to the mission of the Wheaton College, and signifies our hope that the faculty member will serve with us for the long term. The faculty, administration, and Board of Trustees are pleased to celebrate the developing and considerable gifts of these colleagues.”
