Excuses, Crying, Whining and Nashing of Teeth—Get in Control of Your Life

What are you going to do to change your life?

Okay, what are you going to do about it? You have been making excuses for a year! You are still 20, 40, 100 pounds overweight, your joints ache, you can't get out of bed in the morning - you eventually do tear yourself away from the sheets; you cry as you miss your kids activities because you have to take a nap every day just to make it through, you have no energy; you have GERD, IBS, PMS and other acronym's you don't understand; you put on a "face" every day but really you are drudging through life...

I am here to tell you, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY! I am here to tell you, YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. You make choices each moment to be who you are and do what you do. Excuses, crying, whining and nashing of teeth WILL NOT CHANGE A THING.

  1. Six small meals a day with a small amount of protein
  2. Water at the beginning of the day and with each meal.
  3. Move 15 - 30 minutes a day if you aren't doing anything right now
  4. Be grateful for 3 things every day
  5. Don't make it complicated
  6. Get help - this journey soen't have to forged alone
  7. A little is better than none - perfection is not the goal.
  8. As Zig Ziglar say "Failure is an EVENT, not a person" So, its not worth beating yourself up for some perceived failure, it's an event that is now in the past - MOVE ON!
