Wheaton Man 464th in World Series of Poker Main Event

Curtis Householder finished his World Series of Poker play with $24,808 in WSOP earnings at the No-Limit Main Event that ended Monday.

The annual, 6,600-seat "main event" of the World Series of Poker has filtered out all but nine players around the final table, who will compete for the grand prize in October.

Finishing at No. 464, Curtis Householder of Wheaton missed the cut by about 450 seats in the top 666, with $24,808 in WSOP earnings and $5,829 in circuit earnings.

The No-Limit Hold'em Main Event started Saturday, July 7 and ended Monday, July 16, with a total prizepool of $62,021,200 from 6,598 entrants' $10,000 buy-ins.
