The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago’s 12th annual golf outing will be August 28th

The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago (TEFGC) is conducting its 12th Annual Golf Outing on August 28th and will be held right here in Wheaton, Illinois at Arrowhead Golf Club. The Outing is TEFGC’s method of raising much needed funds in order to host Camp Blackhawk.

You can become a sponsor for the highly acclaimed event which helps Camp Blackhawk, an annual Camp for children with epilepsy. Each summer TEFGC entertains young participants at Camp Blackhawk with experiences otherwise unavailable to them.

Kids ages six to 18 are invited to attend for one week, sharing in activities, building lifelong friendships, and best of all they get to leave behind the various challenges that epilepsy tends to bring to their daily lives. Everybody at Camp Blackhawk realizes the extent of having epilepsy.

While in the company of other kids with epilepsy, these children do not have to be concerned with having a seizure. At Camp Blackhawk they are not excluded from the activities just because they are different – the activities are built for them!

When you sponsor The Epilepsy Foundation’s Golf Outing, you will greatly benefit from the visibility that this event will bring to you and/or your organization. Sponsorship levels include:

• $20,000 is a Presenting Sponsor. It includes two foursomes for golf, lunch and dinner; signage recognition at entryway as well as at the post-golf dinner on presentation screen and table toppers; opportunity for onstage announcements and acknowledgements at dinner; golf club with TEFGC logo and your company logo given to each golfer; company name, logo and sponsor level noted in full-page ad in ad book; logo on scratch-off card that will be with every golfer all day; logo on GPS system to be in every golf cart; opportunity to provide other golfers with promotional items; your logo included in link on TEFGC website and Golf Registration website.
• $15,000 is an Eagle Sponsor. Also includes two foursomes of golf, lunch and dinner; signage recognition at entryway; opportunity to provide your company’s promotional items to the other golfers; company name, logo, and sponsor level noted in full-page ad in ad book; logo on scratch-off card to be with golfers all day; logo to be provided on every GPS system in every golf cart; company logo on sign of every golf cart; your logo included in link on TEFGC website and Golf Registration website.
• $7,500 is a Beverage Cart Sponsor. Purchases one foursome of golf, lunch and dinner; sponsor sign on ALL beverage carts on the 18-hole golf course; promotional items representing your company to each golfer; company name, logo and sponsor level noted in full-page ad in ad book; your logo included in link on TEFGC website and Golf Registration website.
• $5,000 is a Lunch Sponsor. Purchases one foursome of golf, lunch and dinner; sponsor sign and stickers on all lunch bags with inserts; promotional items presented by your organization for each golfer; company name, logo and sponsor level noted in ad book; sponsor signage at lunch table; your logo included in link on TEFGC website and Golf Registration website.
• $2,000 is On-Course Game Sponsor (which is four individual sponsorships). Provides you with a golf ball launcher hole, blackjack raffle hole, scattered flags hole, money bags hole; GPS logo notification as you approach the hole of your choice; sponsor sign on the game you choose to sponsor; promotional items presented by your organization for each golfer; your company name and logo and sponsorship level noted in the program.
• $1,000 is Mulligan Sponsor. Gives you the opportunity to provide your sponsorship sign at the Mulligan Table; your logo on a Mulligan chip; promotional items presented by your organization for each golfer; your company name, logo and sponsor level noted in a ¼-page ad in the ad book.
• $500 is for a Hole Sponsor. Gives you and your company the opportunity for a sponsorship sign on one hole; GPS will notate your hole with logo or notification recognition; ¼-page ad in ad book.
• Ad Book Opportunities. Gives you and your organization the opportunity to show your support for The Epilepsy Foundation and the epilepsy community. Book will be published and distributed to all guests at the evening reception and on-line with links to each website.

By becoming a sponsor, you will enable The Epilepsy Foundation to be able to continue its Camp Blackhawk Tradition and give kids with epilepsy an opportunity they would not otherwise be offered. If TEFGC is able to raise enough funds, the children get to attend Camp Blackhawk for free.
