Hettinger Podiatry Celebrates 20 Years of Foot Care with 20% Off for 20 Days

WHEATON/CHICAGO, IL. October 26th, 2012: Hettinger Podiatry Center proudly celebrates 20 years of outstanding community association with the people of Wheaton and its surrounding areas on Friday, October 26th. In celebration of its 20th anniversary, the center offers all patients who come in for treatment in the next 20 days a 20% reduction in their bill for those visits.

Dr. David Hettinger of Hettinger Podiatry Center opened his Wheaton office in 1992. For more than two decades, the center has earned a reputation for giving high-quality, professional foot care with a personal touch for the people of Wheaton.

“We’ve been around 20 years and we’ve grown every year. That says a lot about our relationship with the city of Wheaton and its residents,” says Dr. David Hettinger, who is already looking ahead to future anniversaries.

Known for its active role in the community, including offering free foot screening for all senior citizens aged 65 and older earlier this year in May, David Hettinger and his podiatry center staff are dedicated to creating a positive impact on the community they live in.

The center welcomes senior citizens, provides them with professional foot care services including trimming of toenails, corns and callouses, and offers house calls for homebound patients in the immediate area.

In addition to treating foot and ankle problems, the center is committed to educating people on how to keep their feet healthy and pain free by making good choices about podiatric care.

Dr. Hettinger has served as lead Chairman of Wheaton’s Autumn Fest for six years and as President of the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce. In 2004, Dr. Hettinger was the recipient of the Ronald A. Brinkman Award, one of the most prestigious awards given by the Chamber for “Outstanding Services to the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce for his dedication, talents and enthusiasm, thereby enriching the City of Wheaton and its residents.”

Dr. Hettinger has also been a member of the Board of the United Way in the Wheaton and Carol Stream area. He has coached softball in the Briarcliffe and Wheaton Park Districts and has also enjoyed teaching Junior Achievement classes at a local school. His office conducts an ongoing shoe drive to benefit the less fortunate.

To join in on the celebration, visit Hettinger Podiatry Center within the next 20 days (by November 14th) to receive a 20% reduction in your bill.
