Dynamic and Functional Stretching Workshop

In this workshop, Dr. Scott Hallums will teach proper dynamic and functional stretching movements that will help prepare the body for those with active lifestyles. This will help you warm up for your specific sport, improve motion, and has been shown to improve performance.
