The COMMUNITY Worship Band consists of six incredibly talented arts directors from numerous locations of Community Christian Church: Jeff Boriss from Naperville Yellow Box, Pat Nelson from Shorewood, Chris Heller from Plainfield, Tony Germann from Romeoville, Leroy Barncord from Naperville Downtown, and Guy Roseen from Yorkville.

The collaboration was the inspiration of acoustic guitarist and vocalist Leroy Barncord. Leroy has been attending COMMUNITY since 2004 and has been the creative arts director at the Naperville Downtown location for four years.

"This is going to be an all out night of worship!” exclaimed Leroy Barncord. “It’s a great opportunity to invite friends to experience a different kind of worship experience, a different kind of church. I love seeing how God moves and works through us all at these incredible events!"

Pat Nelson, keyboard player and vocalist for the band, received a degree in music composition from Augustana College and plays 10 instruments to perfection. A guitarist for COMMUNITY since 2004, Chris Heller is the band’s rhythm guitarist and one of the vocalists; Chris is also Creative Arts Director at COMMUNITY’s Plainfield campus and Co-Champion of the Arts for Community Christian Church. Jeff Boriss is the band’s drummer; over the years, Jeff has created several albums and has toured with a number of bands. Tony Germann, who has played the guitar for more than 30 years and has been with COMMUNITY since 2002, shreds as lead electric guitarist. Guy Rosen is the band’s bass guitarist. Guy started his music career with COMMUNITY, and then went to Nashville for 10 years before returning to COMMUNITY in 2013.
