Numerous raffle drawings are a big part of the fun and those tickets can be purchased at the luncheon. This event is the major fundraiser for the Cadence Health Auxiliary and will help fund the building of a Ronald McDonald House® near Cadence Health-CDH Campus. The house will provide a ‘home away from home’ for the families of children being treated at CDH, Delnor Hospital and CDH Cancer Campus in Warrenville.

The Cadence Health Auxiliary has raised and donated more than $10 million to the hospitals and the communities it serves.  Some of the Auxiliary funded projects include a $5 million pledge to help fund the building of the Ronald McDonald House® near Cadence Health – CDH Campus, a $1 million pledge to the CDH Cancer Center, support of Dr. Cornwell and HomeCare Physicians, creation of a CDH nurse respite lounge, support of the Palliative Care Shawl program and complimentary inpatient newspaper service.  In addition, since 1967, more than $1 million has been donated to annual scholarship awards that are presented to students majoring in healthcare careers.
