Blue Star Memorial Marker Placement

Garden Clubs of Illinois District II will be dedicating a Blue Star Memorial Marker on Friday, March 14, 2014.  The Marker will be placed at the DuPage County Government Center Veteran's Memorial, Wheaton, IL.  The ceremony will take place at 10:00 am.  This memorial is a tribute to the Armed Forces that have defended, are defending and who will defend the USA, and is a project of the National Garden Clubs.  For more information, call Marilyn Smrcina at 630-734-0618.
