Artist Series: Pianist Charlie Albright

The Wheaton College Artist Series presents a performance by award-winning classical pianist Charlie Albright.

A frequent collaborator with such artists as Yo-Yo Ma, Albright has been hailed by the Washington Post as "among the most gifted musicians of his generation." He is the winner of the 2011 Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts from Harvard University. He also was named the Artist in Residence for Harvard University's Leverett House for 2011-2012. Albright is currently studying at the Julliard School of Music as one of three pianists accepted into the prestigious Artist Diploma program.

The event takes place in Edman Memorial Chapel. Ticket price is $45 for general audience and $40 for students and seniors over 60. For more information, or to order tickets, call the Ticket and Information Office at 630.752.5010. Online orders may be placed through May 1 at www.ArtistSeries.org.
