Coming Soon to Your Mailbox: District 200 Report, Jefferson Survey

Community members who live within District 200 boundaries will receive a community survey that we would ask you to please complete.

Community members who live within the District 200 boundaries will soon receive, if you haven't already, the District's End of Year Report to the Community. In the report, you will find a community survey that we would ask you to please complete.

The Board of Education has determined the need to build a new Jefferson Early Childhood Center (ECC). Additionally, with a new Capital Development Facilities Plan in place, the District would like to seek community feedback on pursuing that plan. Our District can thrive only with the support of our taxpayers and the involvement and input from all of our community members.

As part of building a shared vision for capital improvements, we are asking that you complete the survey and return it by October 15, 2012. Your input is valuable, greatly appreciated, and will be considered as the Board of Education makes a final decision on the scope of the project.

You will have the option to complete the paper survey and return it with a postage-paid envelope or, if you prefer to respond to the survey online, you may do so. You will be provided a website and access code. If the online survey is completed, the District will not incur postage costs.

The survey is being conducted by an independent (ECRA). All surveys, whether paper or online, must be received by ECRA no later than October 15, 2012. ECRA will then prepare a report for the Board of Education to be shared with the community at a public forum.
