Wheaton Railroad Crossings to Close for 3 Weeks
Railroad crossings at Washington and Chase streets in downtown Wheaton will close for about three weeks.
The Union Pacific Railroad will close Wheaton railroad crossings at Washington and Chase streets for about three weeks beginning Thursday, Oct. 11.
Union Pacific is closing the crossings to install new tracks for a crossover switch between Washington and President streets, according to a message from the City of Wheaton. Detours around these closures will be posted.
