City to Market Available Business Spaces in Wheaton

Grants available for downtown retailers.

The City of Wheaton will man Booth 1323 at the ICSC Chicago Dealmaking Meeting Oct. 5 and 6 to share retail and redevelopment opportunities available in Wheaton.

National retailers at the meeting will include Stein Mart, Whole Foods, Gap, Banana Republic, Jos. A. Bank, Red Robin, Jewel, Ann Taylor, Dominick's, Walgreen's, Petsmart, Old Navy and others in more than 1 million square feet of retail space in the Naperville and Butterfield roads area. A $10,000 retail grant is also available for qualified retailers who make Downtown Wheaton their new retail home.

There are twelve properties available for retail use in downtown Wheaton and five properties for sale.
