Wheaton Lawyer Authors Article in “Illinois Bar Journal”

Kenneth J. Vanko, a partner at the Wheaton law firm of Clingen Callow & McLean, LLC, is the author of “Non-Traditional Non-Competes: Designing Non-Competition Agreements to Hold Up in Court,” an article which appears in the November 2013 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, the monthly magazine of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).

In the article, the author – who concentrates his practice in unfair competition litigation – reviews some contract options available to business owners and emphasizes the need for business attorneys to consider non-traditional options that may avoid problems prevalent to enforcing non-compete agreements in litigation.
