Local Construction Company Gives Back

Giving back is a core value of RJM Build/Robert J. Michael Homes, Inc. and a passion for their employees too. Through ongoing partnerships with suppliers and vendors like ABC Supply and Simonton Windows, they were proud to donate this bay window system and its installation to NAMI DuPage. While recently completing a previous stewardship kitchen renovation with The Home Depot's Team Depot (an associate led volunteer program) for NAMI’s residential treatment center in Naperville, it was brought to their attention that the sills on this unit were rotten and the windows were in overall poor condition.

Through projects like this, RJM Build works side-by-side with the local community to create life-long, meaningful relationships between the company, suppliers, neighbors and employees. Since their inception in 1996, stewardship projects like this bring together volunteerism, expertise, product donations and monetary grants as means to support the communities where they live and work. They are proud to help NAMI DuPage, as mental illness must be embraced and better treated, and they strive to improve the lives of those affected by this disease.

For RJM Build's Vice President Rob Michael, construction is "not just a job; it is truly a way to improve our community, and we are proud of every job--big or small--as they all affect how life is lived."  RJM Build is always looking for other projects and non-profits in need of help and service. If you know of a need in our local community, please let them know, either by email at info@rjmbuild.net or phone at 630-403-8004.

RJM Build wishes to thank Simonton Windows and ABC Supply for the window donation and all associated installation materials.
