Sushi Mono Celebrates 3-Year Anniversary

Sushi Mono, 230 W. Front St. in Wheaton, celebrates its third year in business in downtown Wheaton.

Sushi Mono celebrates its third year in business this week, the restaurant announced on its Facebook page Monday.

The restaurant thanked its staff for their hard work and the guests for "choosing, loving, enjoying" Sushi Mono's food service.

Sushi Mono is a fine dining Japanese contemporary restaurant that opened March 4, 2010, according to its website. The menu features traditional Japanese cuisine including nigiri and sashimi, blended sushi rolls and entrees such as steak and sea bass, and an extensive sake and wine list.

Sushi Mono was nominated in the Chamber of Commerce's 2013 Best of Wheaton Awards for Best Restaurant in 2013.

Sushi Mono is open for lunch Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and for dinner Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
