I joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Wheaton early 2012. I have had many years of prior experience in management, human resources, customer service, legal, and real estate.

What is your business best known for?

I am known for excellent customer service to all my clients in providing personable representation, responsiveness, initiative, industry and area knowledge, resources, and facilitating every step of the process to a successful result. Client testimonials and feedback will always say I go above and beyond. I sincerely care about my clients' needs and am their real estate advocate.

What is your business website address? www.Groves-Realty.com

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

I always offer FREE consultations and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). My representation as a Buyers Agent is always FREE and my representation as a Listing Agent charges a fair commission that is ONLY payable if I sell your home. I invest my time and resources in my clients.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

I truly love what I do! It is a dream come true to be paid for something you have a passion for. I never turn down a challenge, therefore I have experience from "condos to castles" with traditional sales, short sales, foreclosures, luxury sales, and more.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

I grew up in Glen Ellyn and love this area. In 2007, my husband and I moved to Wheaton, which had been a goal of ours. We have two young daughters so the excellent schools are a top priority. Wheaton also offers such a warm community with many opportunities. I enjoy working in Wheaton so that I can represent this great town and all that it offers. I have moved many people to this area and they have all been extremely satisfied.

Coldwell Banker. Unusual name for a real estate company. Kind of like naming a pizza joint "The tree leaf cantina".
