Pure Barre touts itself as the fastest, most effective way for women to change the shape of their bodies. The company announced in a press release that it has a new franchise studio at 33 Rice Lake Square, Wheaton. Owned by Emma Pollert, the studio opened Dec. 5, 2013.
"We are thrilled to bring Pure Barre to Wheaton,” Pollert said in the release. “We have loved the enthusiastic and energetic response throughout the entire Wheaton community. There is something for everyone at Pure Barre, and we invite all to come see us in our studio.”
According to the release, the ballet barre workout has exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001. Since it began franchising in 2009, more than 186 Pure Barre studios have opened nationwide.
“We are thrilled to open our newest location in Wheaton and bring the excitement and results of Pure Barre to its residents,” Carrie Dorr, the founder and chief concept officer of Pure Barre, said in the release. “The continued growth of Pure Barre studios across the country is a testament to the workout’s ability to quickly transform women’s bodies, and we couldn’t be happier to bring this experience to Wheaton.”
The release states that Pure Barre Wheaton is offering a “new client special” for 30 days of unlimited classes for $99. Classes already are forming at the new Pure Barre studio, which will offer morning and afternoon classes seven days a week, according to the release. Registering for a class is simple, and can be done in person, over the phone or by logging on to purebarre.com/IL-wheaton/.
