How did this business come to be?

I've been working over 10 years coordinating transportation for people with disabilities. Circumstances in life, including my young daughter's special needs, led me to open my own business in the industry I am dedicated to.

Why did you choose this area?

I've been doing this a long time and I feel this was meant to be. I'm proud of what I do, my kids are proud of me, and I count my blessings every day.

What does your business offer?

We provide non-emergency transportation for seniors and people with physical and cognitive challenges for medical appointments and social engagements. Transportation is available 24/7 throughout Chicago and the suburbs. We also offer nationwide companion calls for people in need of a friendly voice.

What’s a fact about your business that most customers wouldn’t probably know?

It's a serious and important job but I'm very funny and have a good time with our passengers, their families, and healthcare workers.

What’s your most popular product or service?

Transportation, there's a great need for this class of service throughout Chicagoland.
