Fashion Jewelry Store Opens in Wheaton

The national fashion jewelry and accessory chain, charming CHARLIE, opened its newest location Tuesday in Wheaton at 261 Town Square.

Arranged by color, the 8,000-square-foot fashion jewelry store sells low-priced jewelry, purses, wallets, travel accessories, sunglasses and a small selection of shoes, cosmetics and women's apparel.

Prices range from about $25 to $45 for apparel—including mostly tops and dresses, $20 to $40 for handbags and about $6 to $10 for jewelry items.

In business since 2004, charming CHARLIE has was named the International Council of Shopping Centers Hot Retailer of the Year in 2010.

charming CHARLIE has opened more than 178 stores nationwide and recently launched its e-commerce channel. The company also ranked No. 656 on Inc. Magazine's list of the top 5,000 fastest-growing businesses in 2010, according to the company website.
