I love flour+wine! Since they opened their doors I have been there many times and yet have to find an item on the menu that does not taste great! The chef and management have created some amazing combinations of ingredients! Look at and try the menu and you'll know what I mean! The bar staff is experienced in creating some outstanding cocktail concoctions! You can have an excellent meal and nice glass of wine at a surprisingly fair price! Remember :he ingredients are fresh, the pasta home made, and the pizza base is made with the finest Italian flour! It's all about flavors here! I always had excellent, attentive service but realize that with an all new wait staff that may be the luck of the draw. Do not be shy to let the staff and management know if you are not completely satisfied! It's important to give a new restaurant the chance to work out little kinks and glitches and training new staff never ends on opening day! However, I am sure in the end you will have many more reasons to praise than to critique! Enjoy!
