Chicago Piano Duo Debut Concert

The artistic duo, featuring pianist Dr. Brian Lee and his mentor Dr. William Phemister, performs its first concert in the same building where Lee began weekly piano lessons with Phemister nearly 20 years ago.

Lee, a 1995 graduate of the College, is an associate professor of piano studies at the Moody Bible Institute. After graduating from Wheaton, Lee attended the New England Conservatory and the Juilliard School.

Phemister is professor emeritus of piano at Wheaton College. A graduate of the Juilliard School and the Peabody Conservatory, he continues to write, perform, and work with select students.
