"Nice" businesses downtown. Not businesses that are drawing negativity to our Village like that nasty puppy parlor! Do something about them and you may see how quickly the pleasant establishments return. Some nice little boutiques and antique shops along with cafes so sit and contemplate the days purchases. I was saddened to see the church thrift store gone and now the gas station. Offer new business some kind of incentive.

I think it's time for Lisle to stop supporting animal cruelty by allowing "Puppy Parlor" to operate in it's business district. This store is known for selling puppy mill puppies. They are being investigated for this, as well as breeding dogs right in the back room. Is this a puppy mill in Lisle?! Does Lisle support animal abuse?? Why Lisle, would you permit this business to operate in your village?? SHUT THEM DOWN!!

Some nice mom n' pop stores. Restaurants. Do something to that shopping center on Main & Ogden. Kind of an eyesore. Definitely NOT allow pet stores like Puppy Parlor who sell sick and dying puppy mill puppies to unsuspecting customers. Lisle's better than that. Would be nice if Lisle passed an ordinance which bans the sale of dogs in pet stores so no other puppy miller will set up shop. Vllla Park did it. Lisle can too.

Yes agree with the above statements, no more pet stores that sell animals! Lisle, puhlease......pass an ordinance not allowing any more pet stores that sell animals to open in your town. We have provided you with the ordinance Villa Park has adopted, let's do it! Go humane!

Be a "real" leading green community. End the ridiculous green-washing PR campaign. Let's start by banning the use of toxic coal tar sealants on parking lots and pavements.
