Consent agenda items (new business)

Series 2011 limited tax general obligation bonds acceptance of low bid

Ordinance providing for the issue of general obligation limited park tax bonds, series 2011 for park improvement and the payment of alternate bonds

• Wheaton Bank and Trust is the recommended bidder for a General Obligation Limited Park Tax bond, Series 2011, for $1,317,905 

Non-exclusive temporary easement agreement with the Wheaton Oaks Townhouse Owners Association related to the  storage water detention master plan

Temporary access and construction easement agreement with IDOT

Recommendation and bid results for 2012 quarterly program guide printing

2012 food bids for 

• Staff will recommend a fixed total bid award of $389,137.81 for Arrowhead. The contract accounting for bread, meat, produce, smallwares and paper and disposables will begin Nov. 1 and end October 31, 2012.

2012 budget proposal draft placement on 30-day public inspection

Setting date for public hearing for 2012 budget and appropriation ordinance
