Information: He is snuggly, charming, talkative and oh so sweet. Very playful and good with other cats too! Jay would love to have a cat tree -- or some other perch by a window where he can watch the birds. He loves to sit by the window here and watch the birds we sometimes have up for adoption in our lobby! Black cats have THE best purr-sonalities and are typically the sweetest cats around. And yet for some reason, black cats are often overlooked and spend months in shelters, the last to be adopted. Come meet Jay! He's new and ready to prove he's the exception to that 'rule.'
