Swedish Meatball Dinner Benefit

"If you liked our Pancakes....you'll Love our Meatballs"  is the theme of the 5th annual    Swedish Meatball Dinner presented by the Swedish American Children's Choir on Saturday,

October  19, 2013 from 4:30-7 p.m. at  Bethany Lutheran Church, 8 S Lincoln St. in Batavia.

The dinner will feature Swedish Meatballs and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables,

Lingonberries, Swedish Rye bread and dessert.

Also featured will be a Swedish Gift items for purchase, Swedish and American Baked Goods

for sale  and  Swedish music, including a brief performance by the Swedish American Children's Choir.  All proceeds from the event benefit the choir performance tour fund.

 

The choir is the largest of its kind in the Midwest and comprised of children 4-16  from

the Fox Valley and surrounding suburbs.  They present performances of Swedish songs

and Scandinavian dances throughout the area.

 

Dinner tickets are by reservation only and carry out orders are available.

Tickets are $13 for Adults, $6.00 for children 3-10 years old and under 3 are free.
