Sunshine Preschool Announces Fall Openings

Looking for a quality preschool that offers afternoon options? Sunshine Preschool, located at 520 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton in the Wheaton Evangelical Free Church, has two terrific classes available. The first is our Afternoon 3's and 4's mixed age class, which offers a 4's curriculum adapted as needed for the older 3's enrolled in the class. It meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The other offering is a Pre-K class for older 4 and 5 year olds, which meets Monday through Thursday afternoons. Both classes begin at 12:45. There are two dismissal time options -- 3:15 or 4 pm. The later time is  designed for parents who feel rushed as they pick up children at multiple schools at the end of the day. Another group of parents who will enjoy this later dismissal option are those with toddlers whose afternoon naps don't coincide well with a mid-afternoon dismissal.
Sunshine Preschool has been serving the community since 1971 by providing a challenging and supportive environment for young learners which is play-based and teacher-guided.
Our teachers are highly qualified, experienced, and reflect Christ's love as they engage with both children and parents. At Sunshine Preschool, children grow cognitively, emotionally, socially, and spiritually, building a foundation for success as life-long learners. Parents also find our drop-off and pick-up procedure convenient, as teachers escort children both from and to their cars at the start and end of the day. Field trips and special events round out our exciting program.
For information about cost and to arrange a school tour, contact the director at 630-668-9252 or at annemarie.brinley@wefc.org! Confidential, need-based scholarships are available.
Registration is now underway for the coming school year, which begins in September.
