Health screenings and information about health programs, consumer fraud and financial safety will be featured at a free Senior Health Fair being sponsored Oct. 30 by State Sen. Michael Connelly (R-Naperville) and State Rep. Jeanne Ives (R-Wheaton).
The Senior Health Fair is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Oct. 30 in the Wheaton Park District Memorial Room at 1777 S. Blanchard in Wheaton.
More than 40 groups will be on hand to provide information on state, local and private programs that benefit senior citizens. In addition, several health screenings will be available to participants.
