It is estimated that there are over 5 million homeless dogs every year in the United States and approximately 2 million are euthanized! The cold weather is here and there dogs and puppies that have been or will be left out in the cold to die. Casey’s Safe Haven rescues as many dogs as we can that are usually only hours away from euthanasia and finds them their “fur”ever home. We do not have a “shelter” and rely entirely on the generosity of foster homes to care for our puppies and dogs. The number of foster homes we have determines the number of dogs we can save.
Would you be willing to save a life and be rewarded in tail wags and kisses? If you would, please try fostering with Casey’s Safe Haven. We provide food, vetting, crate, and toys. You provide love and socialization. We also offer foster to adopt programs. If you are interested, please email Kathy at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
