Elsie was saved from a high kill shelter in KY. She was a single pup scared and terrified at the pound. She has been in a wonderful foster home for the last 4 weeks and is working on housebreaking, walking on leash and building social skills. She is a beautiful little puppy that is still sometimes shy with new people and new things. She will need an active family that will continue her puppy training and socialization.
