Local entrepreneurs and BrightStar Care owners, Jim and Judy Flickinger, were recently recognized at BrightStar’s national conference as distinguished recipients of the company’s Franchisees of the Year for their location in Dupage-Wheaton.

BrightStar Care is a national franchise with more than 250 locations in 38 states that provide medical and non-medical care to private clients within their homes, as well as supplemental care staff to corporate clients. BrightStar offers a range of compassionate, person-centered care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors while also offering disease-specific care for individuals with chronic conditions.

Jim and Judy are huge advocates for the brand and have demonstrated impressive achievements in sales, and are a shining example of how to run a successful location. The Flickingers opened the BrightStar Care of Dupage-Wheaton in 2009 and have since helped many families throughout the local community. Jim’s long career in sales and marketing, coupled with Judy’s background as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics, has helped to grow the business which is fueled by positive client referrals.
