Feed The Ducks, Have Some Fun at the Cosley Zoo

Looking for something to do with the kids today? Here are some events happening at the Cosley Zoo today.

If the weather is good, what could be better than taking the kids out for a trip to the zoo. Why other taking a long drive when the Cosley Zoo is right in our backyard.

The zoo offers two programs today at two different times. The events will let children have some up-close interaction with animals.

The Cosley Zoo will have two times when children can feed the ducks. This is a daily event and takes place at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The half-hour program is $1 to participate. All proceeds benefit the Cosley Zoo.

Another program at the Discover Station incorporates training demonstrations and animal encounters.  The demonstrations are held twice a day and cover different topics in different locations each day. Check at the Discover Station to find out what the topic of the day is. The demonstrations are 15 minutes and take place at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
