The Friends of the Wheaton Public Library fall Holiday Book & Art Sale takes place on the main floor of the library November 8- 11, 2012. The sale features gift books, collectible books, unique items, autographed books, and first editions. A large selection of beautiful children's books is included and also framed and unframed art. All items are individually priced. The sale runs Thursday, Nov. 8 from 9 am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 9 & 10 from 9am to 5 pm and Sunday, November 11 from 1 - 5 pm. More About Wheaton Public Library
Wheaton's Public Library is one of the suburb's finest and was recently voted Best Public Library by readers of West Suburban Living Magazine. It features a large collection of over 400,000 books and over 15,000 DVDs and Blu-rays, downloadable ebooks and audiobooks, ample lighting, free wi-fi access and plenty of comfortable areas to sit, read, work or study. The library was renovated and expanded in 2007 and features a direct connection to the beautiful Adams Park to the west. The library offers classes, concerts, children's events and research help for all ages.
