About the Yoga class:

 This FREE workshop guided by Elizabeth Gresher will showcase the basics,  and all levels of Yoga expertise are welcome. This is a beginner class, and will be geared to the participants who attend. Experience a class with true personalized attention and  individual correction as part of your instruction !  Focus on Bratheing and breathwork is emphasized.

  Bring a yoga mat if you have one, limited mats and props are availble for use.

Expect a great class with Liz, and if you are new to Yoga, bring a friend!
