Hubble Middle School, named after astronomer Edwin Hubble, is located via Huskie Highway off Herrick Road in Warrenville, beyond the athletic fields. Students matriculate to this middle school after Bower, Johnson or Wiesbrook Elementary Schools and typically attend Wheaton Warrenville South High School. As of the 2009-2010 school year, Hubble's new facility became the third school in Illinois to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental design) for Schools Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
