Do you need to apologize to yourself?

WHAT are you talking about?

If you treated a friend the way you treat your body, would that person still be your friend?

Or are you just in the habit of apologizing FOR your body.

You owe yourself an apology if:

  1. Your diet consists of processed industrialized products ("food") - yogurt, granola bars, crackers, bread, anything crunchy that doesn't grow in the ground or a tree or vine.
  2. You smoke anything!
  3. You drink soda, more than a couple cups of coffee per day, juice, fake water sweetened with artificial sweeteners.
  4. Have a sedentary job and don't move your body at least 30 minutes a day 5-7 days per week minimally.
  5. You watch, read and/or listen to the news, focus on the negative events and circumstances in your life and spend time with people that bring you down more than build you up.

These transgressions will change your health outcome and WILL make you sick!

At any given time you are either choosing to move in the direction of health or in the direction of slow, self-assisted suicide.

You are put together in a way you can live to be over 100 years old! Please treat yourself so your body will perform WHEN you want it to perform in THE WAY you want it to perform.

Make the apology. You ARE a remarkable machine, love yourself!
