What Should Open on the Vacant Lot at Main St. and Liberty Dr.?

In a new weekly series, Patch asks readers how they would fill empty storefronts around Wheaton.

A vacant lot is listed for sale at 205 S. Main St. in downtown Wheaton for $595,000.

The lot is less than a quarter of an acre, and is located at the intersection of Main Street and Liberty Drive, according to its Trulia listing.

Last week, we asked you what should open at the old Adelle's restaurant space on College Avenue. Before then: the Wheaton Grand Theater building. And our first post: the JB Winterberry space.

Whether it's a new restaurant, clothing store or something completely new, we want to hear what businesses you'd most like to see take over at 1060 College Ave. in Wheaton.

About this column: Patch asks readers what types of businesses they would like to see move into vacant storefronts in Wheaton. Related Topics: Downtown Wheaton, Visions for Vacancies, and Wheaton real estate

A Portillo's or similar establishment would be nice. Maybe a Ted's Grill?
