Melvin T. Liszkowski, D.D.S., 68, of Wheaton; beloved husband of Nancy, nee Bassett; loving father of Teresa and the late Steven; dear grandfather of Alexis; fond brother of Ron and the late Clarence Liszkowski; beloved uncle and cousin of many; proud veteran of US Air Force.

Dr. Liszkowski was an associate professor at Loyola University Dental School from 1973 to 1994 and practiced dentistry in Lombard for over 30 years.

Memorial visitation Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd. (one block east of Naperville Rd.), Wheaton. Memorial Mass Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 101 W. Loop Drive, Wheaton. Inurnment at St. Michael Cemetery following Mass.
