Addison Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident
A 29-year-old man is dead after a motorcycle v. car accident in Addison around 5:20 p.m. Sunday.
The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fatal accident involving a motorcycle that occurred at approximately 5:20 this evening at 6th Ave. and Holtz Ave. in unincorporated Addison. The roadway is currently closed and will be for a few hours.
The motorcycle was traveling northbound on 6th Ave, when it struck the vehicle, which was traveling westbound on Holtz Ave. 29 year old Adam DeMarco of Addison was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sheriff’s Detectives are continuing the investigating into this incident and updates will be made when information becomes available. We are asking if anyone witnessed the accident to please contact the Sheriff's Office at 630-407-2400.
