Clapham School teacher Jason Barney was the recipient of the national Henry Salvatori prize for "Excellence in Teaching" this November. The award, given each year by Hillsdale Academy in Michigan, is accompanied by a $25,000 grant to the winning school. Mr. Barney was honored at Hillsdale on November 11 with a banquet attended heavily by Hillsdale professors, students, and major donors.  Mr. Barney is currently the Latin Teacher and Lead Middle School Teacher at Clapham School.
